The so-called “frozen war” in Eastern Ukraine suddenly got hot in a small town called Avdiivka. The Ukrainian government and its pro-Russian secessionist adversaries each blame the other. No on is surprised about that, but the reaction, or lack of one from the Trump administration seems to have shocked President Poroshenko.
