Remember the Rev. Thomas Malthus? He’s the guy who said, around the turn of the 19th century…there will eventually be not enough Earth for a growing population. Many people have said the same about water in the Southwest, there’s not enough for all the people. Author and UNM Professor John Fleck on why those folks are as wrong as Dr. Malthus.
