Tunisia is the one place where the ideals of the Arab Spring of 2011 are still very much alive. But a recent terrorist attack that killed 21 tourists in Tunis is challenging both Tunisia’s political ideals and culture of civility. IS says it did the attack, but many doubt the claim.
