Most people know that the state of NM has an unsolved problem with homelessness…but concerns about the problem and proposed solutions focus on the homeless of cities like Albuquerque and Las Cruces.  Tom McDonald, of the Roswell Daily Record tells us, homelessness may be different in NM’s small towns and rural areas…but it’s still there and few solutions seem at hand.
